Northern New England Chapter - News
- Northern New England Chapter had its annual meeting on October 11, 2008. The NER Representative office was open and the president appointed Kathy Erskine to that office.
- The programs for the year were planned by the board acting as a committee of the whole. We agreed to continue our emphasis on ethnic embroidery. The 2009 programs will cover techniques from India, Japan, China, Panama, and France.
- Our area groups meet monthly:
- Lakes Region Day Group -- last Sunday of each month; contact Paula Buckle.
- Merrimack Evening Group -- 3rd Monday of each month; contact Evie Faichney. [This group will do Punch Needle in January, Art quilting in February, March & April, and a beaded amulet bag in May.]
- Seacoast Day Group -- 3rd Wednesday of each month; contact Sally Hochgraf.
