Boston Stitch Party 2023 National Seminar
Tea Cozy Exhibit Submission Information

By the time you are reading this Broadway Bound NYC National Seminar 2022 will be over and we will be in high gear to prepare for our Boston Stitch Party 2023 National Seminar! I am so excited to be
organizing this Tea Cozy Exhibit and show our fellow stitchers the local talent of the New England Region Embroiderers.

We have had a *very long time* to prepare for this special exhibit and I thank you all in advance for your continued support. My hope is all the visitors to Boston enjoy our display and return to their chapter with the enthusiasm and motivation to stitch their own tea cozy.

Would you consider being a volunteer for the Tea Cozy Exhibit? Our exhibit will be in one of the large ballrooms with all of the EGA exhibits and the 2024 class exhibit previews. There will be monitors in this ballroom and you will have the opportunity for online registration for that and many other duties associated with hosting a seminar. I would like special coverage for our exhibit so I will be scheduling my own volunteers to "babysit the tea cozies" ! Please contact me directly if you have any interest and I will add you to my list. You are not obligated in any way if you find you cannot volunteer. I will not be firming up the times till much closer and you have had a chance to register for your classes.

I have included the Tea Cozy Submission Form and the Insurance/Waiver Forms for you. You must complete one of the EGA required Insurance Forms and include it with your Submission Form. I will take your Submission and insurance Forms as soon as you want to get them to me, deadline is June 1, 2023. Please send *just* the forms at this time. We will be accepting your Tea Cozy/Cozies at Seminar on a
date, time and location to be scheduled later. I will be contacting each of you who will be participating with all pertinent drop off and pick up information before Seminar. You do not need to attend Seminar to submit a Tea Cozy for the exhibit, send it along with a Chapter member or contact me if you are having trouble making arrangements. As always, please feel free to contact me at any time about the exhibit. Thank you all so much for your support of this project.
